  • Absolutely!

    Pilates is for every body and every experience level. At Studio Lo, we specialize in contemporary Pilates with a focus on strength, balance, and functional movement. This means we incorporate bands, weights, and other props to enhance the work, but every class includes modifications and progressions to meet you exactly where you are.

    If it’s your first time, or if you have any injuries, concerns, or special considerations, feel free to reach out before booking your first class. We’re here for YOU!

  • Bring a water bottle and a pair of grippy socks! If you forget yours you can purchase in the studio!

    Tight fitting clothing that won’t restrict monument is best to wear. Long hair should be pulled back for safety.

  • Yes! We have three membership levels:

    Lo’s Roots | 4x/month | 2 month commitment

    Lo’s Meadow | 6x/month | 2 month commitment

    Lo’s Harvest | Unlimited for 30 days, can be started at any time | NO Commitment

  • Classes are 50 minutes long, 45 minutes of a workout and a 5 minute stretch.

  • You can sign up by clicking any booking link on our website or by going directly to the PocketSuite app for the easiest, most streamlined experience. From there, you can view the schedule, purchase packages, and reserve your spot in class.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class to set up and get settled in. We understand sometimes circumstances are out of our control, but for safety reasons if you arrive more than 5 minutes late you may not be permitted to participate in class.

  • We kindly ask that you cancel at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class. Cancellations made within 12 hours of class time will incur a 50% charge of the class fee.

    No-shows will be charged 100% of the class fee.

    Please note: Special events have a separate cancellation policy. Due to preparation, setup, and product costs, no shows or cancellations for special events will be charged in full.

  • Absolutely! Pilates can be a safe and beneficial form of movement during pregnancy. Lorna practiced Pilates throughout her entire pregnancy and is experienced in modifying exercises to support prenatal bodies.

    That said, we always recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before beginning or continuing any exercise program during pregnancy.

  • Yes! Lorna grew up on the Pierson Farm, and her parents still live and work on the family property.
