Mommy and Me $25

Join us for 45-50 minutes of movement! This friendly class is designed for moms to get active with their children. Newborns to adolescents are welcome! Nursing, diaper changes, baby carriers, snacks or car seats- bring anything that keeps you + your baby comfortable.

Grip socks suggested but not required for this class.
